a bit of context for this one:
a few years ago (2023 i think? or 2022?) there were claims that sweden made sex a
nationally recognized sport. of course this wasn't true...but it'd be funny if it WAS real.
for turkey, their national sport is oil wrestling, where all they wear is leather trousers and...
yep, they're covered in oil! to us outside of turkey it seems pretty homoerotic, but to them,
i'm certain it's not. it's just a big cultural difference!!
also, speaking of it seeming homoerotic, they have turkish oil wrestling in the netherlands,
too...that's what wikipedia says, i guess i'll take their word for it in this case. not surprised
they oil wrestle, too...i won't elaborate.
also #2, i actually think it's a very fun concept. trying to wrestle someone when you're
literally lubricated.

not the thumb part, though. i just thought it'd be easier to draw thumb wrestling than actual oil
puddles wrestling. even though i botched the thumb wrestling drawing, anyway (i drew it during a
lecture so i didn't have a reference!!)
